Jeff Sherman - Principal


A 3rd generation Arizona native, Jeff has an extensive knowledge base and background in real estate throughout the southwest. Jeff worked for over ten years as a multifamily broker for Colliers International - one of the largest commercial brokerage firms in the world.  Enjoying tremendous success in the multifamily brokerage business, he brokered hundreds of transactions exceeding well over $1B in valuation. Jeff's drive and performance consistently ranked him within the top 5% of the company. His hands on approach and straight forward style earned him a stable base of repeat clients seeking out his advice and results-driven service. His ability to act quickly and cut to the heart of a deal allowed him and his team to consistently complete over forty transactions per year. Jeff values relationships above all else and applies it to all facets of his work.


Over the course of his career, he has successfully invested in multifamily, single family, and commercial property on both the debt and equity fronts. His knowledge of the market, transaction expertise, and personal investment experience brings a seasoned mind to any deal. His investor mindset makes for creative solutions and a deeper understanding than other lenders in the market.


Jeff obtained his B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University and a certificate from the Barrett Honors College. He is a graduate of Brophy College Preparatory in central Phoenix where he currently resides with his wife.
